MY FAVOURITE RECIPE OF Deviled Eggs



THINGS YOU NEED
8 eggs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp mustard powder / 2tbsp mustard sauce
2 tsp coriander (finely cut)
salt and pepper for taste

METHOD
Boil eggs in water in which some salt has been added, for 8 minutes. Remove shell from the eggs. Cut into half. Gently take out the yolk from the halves in a bowl. Mix the rest of the ingredients with the yolk. Fill the mix in the emptied egg halves. Garnish with coriander.
